Our head chef, Gerdvilas Zalys, has led Nabo’s kitchen since 2022. He is classically trained in the French school and spent nearly a decade in Paris, working for some of the city’s most revered establishments ( L’atelier de Daniel Robuchon and Brasserie Ledoyen). 

With attention to details and respect for the ingredients as “mot d’ordre” he is passionate about the French cuisine and the brasserie style in particular.
