Our head chef, Gerdvilas Zalys, is classically trained in the French tradition and spent nearly a decade in Paris, working at some of the city's most renowned restaurants – including L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Pavillon Ledoyen.

His à la carte menu features French brasserie classics such as steak frites, entrecôte, and moules frites – blended with Swedish favorites like Skagen and selected fish dishes. Everything is served with a distinct Nabo touch, offering a variety that suits both everyday dining and special occasions.
